ReplyMaster Pro is a Chrome extension that drafts replies to messages you are already reading. This page explains exactly what it touches and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version

• There is no account, so there is no account data.
• We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or trackers, in the extension or on this website.
• The text you select is used to produce one reply, then discarded.
• We do not sell or rent anything to anybody.

What the extension accesses

When you right-click a message and ask for a reply, the extension reads the text you selected and the tone you chose. That is the whole input. It does not read your inbox in the background, does not index your mail, and does nothing at all until you invoke it from the context menu.

Your tone preference is kept in Chrome's local extension storage on your own machine so the menu remembers what you used last. It never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the extension.

How your reply is generated

To write the draft, the selected text and your chosen tone are sent over an encrypted connection to a third-party AI language model provider. The provider returns the generated reply, which is inserted into your page.

We do not store the message text, the generated reply, or any copy of either. Nothing is written to a database on our side, because there is no user database. The AI provider processes the request under its own API terms and does not use API content to train its models.

What we do not collect

• Names, email addresses, or contact details
• Your email account credentials, which the extension never sees or requests
• Browsing history, page visits, or time spent anywhere
• Device fingerprints, advertising identifiers, or location
• Message content from anything you did not explicitly select

Limited use

Use of information received from Google APIs, and any user data handled by this extension, adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide the reply-generation feature you invoked. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train models.

This website

replymaster.pro is a static site. It sets no cookies, loads no fonts or scripts from third parties, and runs no analytics. The hosting provider keeps standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We do not read them for anything else.

Children

ReplyMaster Pro is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. In practice we hold none, so there is nothing to retrieve or erase. If you believe otherwise, write to us and we will look into it.

Changes to this policy

If what the extension does with data changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Material changes will also be noted in the extension's Chrome Web Store listing.
